Description
AEROUTE is a cyber-styled GPS drive logger built to help you scout the road before you drive it, and relive the ride after you're done.
Just enter a starting point and a destination, and AEROUTE automatically generates a route along real roads. With a stark, cool HUD-style interface and a dynamic 3D map replay that soars above your route, every drive — before and after — becomes a piece of data art.
WHAT AEROUTE OFFERS
■ MISSION PREVIEW (Route Planning & Preview)
Tap your start and destination on the map, and AEROUTE calculates a route from three profiles: Recommended, Avoid Tolls & Highways, or Avoid Highways Only. Before you set off, take a simulated drive through the route with 3D Flyover to see exactly what's ahead. Saved plans can be edited anytime, so you can revisit your destination or route type whenever you like.
■ 3D Flyover
Not just for previewing planned routes — Flyover also lets you replay your actual completed drives, soaring above the route like a drone. Winding mountain passes, long coastal drives — relive the memory of that day in vivid detail.
*Availability of 3D Flyover depends on coverage in your area.
■ Cyber Console UI
Built with a developer-style monospace font (JetBrains Mono) and a solid dark theme. Speed, elevation, distance, and other driving stats are etched onto the screen like the cockpit of a spaceship or sports car.
■ Detailed Drive Stats
・Distance / Duration
・Average Speed / Max Speed
・Elevation Gain / Max Altitude
Quantify the scale and elevation of your drive to keep your daily driving motivation high.
■ Privacy-First Local Storage
No account or login required. All GPS logs and route plans are stored securely on your iPhone's local storage — never uploaded to an external server.
WHO IT'S FOR
・Anyone who wants to scout an unfamiliar road before driving it
・Anyone who wants to log drives in their new car
・Anyone tired of clunky UI in existing nav/logger apps
・Anyone who just loves looking at their own movement data
THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU USE AEROUTE
・AEROUTE uses GPS in the background to record your route. Continuous background GPS use may consume more battery than usual.
・You can save up to 3 MISSION PREVIEW plans at a time. To add a new one, delete an existing plan first (there's no limit on your actual drive history).
So — before you drive, and after you drive, chart your next route with AEROUTE.
