MOMentum is the new application that helps you manage your familys health. This app is available to Aetna members from certain companies. If your company does not offer MOMentum, please ask your HR department for more information or send an email to [email protected]. MOMentum includes tools and information for you all your family members. It has health milestones you can track for both children and adults, a family health calendar and Q list so you can save lists of issues for your next doctors appointment, weight and height growth trackers, a Who to Call list with important phone numbers, and more. Each person in your family has their own app area with trackers personalized just for them. All you need to get started is your Aetna Member ID number to activate the application.
