measurements...) with your iPhone Health App.
Your Box has to be on AimHarder. Is the best way for you and your mates to track your evolution as athletes and to keep yourself motivated so you can achieve your goals. AimHarder is designed within an easy visual interface that allows it to be used by amateur athletes as well as the more experimented ones. It also includes an infinity of exercises, WODs and utilities you just cant miss.
For the new ones, AimHarder includes some help for every kind of workout (AMRAP, For Time, EMOM, Tabata...) and demonstration videos of each exercise. Also, every time a WOD is repeated , the progress in rounds, times, weights... will be shown.
The more experimented athletes can find their last scores on benchmark WODs (Fran, Grace, Annie...) on their profile. They can track their evolution on strength exercises on 1, 3, 5 and 10RM, analize their strengths and find their weakest points.
Download AimHarder and share it with the rest of the athletes from your Box. You can easily copy the WOD from each other in a matter of seconds!
