Application inutilisable

Impossible douvrir lapplication. Je sais que mon id utilisateur est valide tout comme le mot de passe (je me connecte avec ceux-ci sur le Web) mais ils ne sont pas reconnus par lapplication. Cest la seule application dune compagnie aérienne qui ne fonctionne pas.

Dont lose your time

- The app is not responsive. With my phone, I cant see some of its text. - I tried to register 4 times. Each time failed. It is obligatory to introduce your travel document type and number, but you can only use a Spanish ID card or a foreign passport... I use my ID card to travel around the EU, and its not Spanish. So the app just refuses to register me saying the number is invalid! If you skip all the registration steps and go directly to the ID type and number, the app blocks completely and you have to restart your phone to make it work again. Its just a lost of time. Dont download it unless they fix it.

In der App funktioniert nichts. Check-In funktioniert einfach nicht, wenn man sich registrieren will hängt sich die App auf, so absolut nutzlos.

Man kann nix mit der App anfangen. Check-In geht nicht, anmelden geht auch nicht. Einfach nicht zu gebrauchen.

Nothing, literally nothing is working in this app. I sincerely hope Air Europa does a better job maintaining their planes than making such a simple app run.

App funktioniert nicht und eine Registrierung ist nicht möglich. Der Telefonsupport ist nicht erreichbar. :-(( Ich hoffe nur das die Fluggesellschaft nicht so ist wie die App!!!

Schon die Registrierung klappt nicht. 3x versucht. Bekomme am Ende Hinweis dass sie wegen irgend etwas nicht abgeschlossen werde könnte. KEINE weiteren Hinweise zum Grund, zur Ursache... - So sollte es eigentlich nicht ablaufen. Funktioniert somit erst gar nicht.
