Pas mal du tout !

Je la préfère à lappli AirFrance ou KLM. Ne pas se fier à limage exemple et à la description (tout en italien)... Une fois installée lappli est bien en anglais (pour une compagnie aérienne internationale, cest la moindre des choses).

Bugs et manque de fonctions

Cette application vous oblige à avoir un compte pour enregistrer vos vols. Seulement avoir un compte vous oblige à être adhérant de leur programme fidélité. Pas pratique quand on a déjà une carte chez un confrère skyteam. De plus impossible de réserver ... Il me dit toujours quil ny a pas de vols. Alors que ça fonctionne sur le site.

Okay, une application pour le Check-in mobile cest bien, mais le design est trop antique. Jen arrive à préférer lapplication Air France qui pourtant nest pas fabuleuse, mais qui intègre Passbook, qui est adaptée à liPhone 5 et en général plus ergonomique. Donc au boulot Alitalia! La compagnie est fabuleuse, retransmettez cette réputation dans lapplication!

Why do I have to type ever and ever again my surname every time I try to check in? Sometimes I cant check in through the app, then it works only on the website. Why do you waste our time with ineffective processes? iPhone users use passbook to download and store boarding passes in an easy-to-use format, even low cost companies have understood it. Why do you provide us boarding passes in A4 format on our iPhones? An app that reflects the mediocrity of the airline...

Cest à dire très mal !!! Les numéros de dossiers ne marchent pas, les numéros de vols non plus. Cette application ne sert à rien !
