It is just for fun and doesn’t show the actual blood alcohol level of your friends or anybody else! The result shown on the display is influenced by a skilful use of the start-button. You can adjust the maximal possible outcome in the settings.
Before using it you have to accept that this is a “FUN-APP”. The shown results are nowhere close to the real ones and definitely no statement about someone’s ability to drive! “DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE” So please be responsible about it and make sure no one takes the shown blood-alcohol-level seriously. “The publisher will not take any responsibility for any damage done on improper use of this fun-app!”
