This application explains in a simple way as making the mediterranean best sauce: "All i Oli" To make it in a traditional way the mortar (to see image) it is used, but we will explain as making it with a blender. The result doesnt have anything to envy to the traditional one.
Esta aplicación explica de una forma sencilla como hacer la mejor salsa mediterránea: el “All i Oli”. Para hacerlo de forma tradicional se utiliza el mortero (ver imagen ), pero nosotros vamos a explicar como hacerlo con una batidora. El resultado no tiene nada que envidiar al tradicional.

Diese Application erklärt wie man ganz einfach und Schritt für Schritt die beste Mittlemär Soße zubereitet: die spanische All i Oli Soße. Traditionell benutzt man dazu einen Mörtel, aber wir werden einen Stabmixer benutzten. Es ist viel einfacher und das Resultat ist genau so lecker.
