SMSに認識番号が届かないので登録ができない。何度やっても同じ。
The app is not working
Been trying to register during the last 24hrs. via both email and Facebook. Nothing works.
Bad app. Cant even register as a user.
Dont waste your time download this app as it needs a big improvement. I cant even register as a new user because the OTP password has never come !!
Their taxis are great…if you can get one. App is mediocre
First of all, while the app does have an English option, many of the messages you get in the app are still in Thai. their website is all in Thai as well, so they are apparently not targeting expats and tourists. The GPS feature showing you where your taxi is does not update well (as does Uber) and your taxi may show up when it appears it is still five minutes away. The taxis are really good, but the app service is poor. Many times I have requested one without success, although there are taxis in the area. If you are successful, waiting times are inaccurate, and sometimes you get cancelled after the taxi is confirmed. Again, I really do like the taxis and drivers. But the app and service just do not cut it.
Great service, straightforward app
Welcoming drivers, very clean cars, and a sense of security with the GPS! App was decent and easy to use.
DO NOT USE This service
This was my first time ever using All Thai Taxi. I had been registered for many months but there are a limited taxes in my area today March 6, 2016 at approximately 11:40 PM was the first time that I was actually able to reserve a taxi on your application. After Reservation your driver called my phone he was very rude to me because I was a foreigner then I gave the phone to my tie husband he yelled at him in Thai using very bad words and he refused service to us which your company said they would never refuse any customer service when you first started. As an expat living in Bangkok I was appalled and offended that the service you advertised was a lie. I have had to deal with many regular taxi drivers from other companies who have been rude but not like your employee he was number 1 for the most rude after 6 years in Thailand. I never use your application again and I will warn all my friends any expats, or tourists in Thailand never to use your app. I will post all over social media this message along with a photo of your employee due to the horrible service that your company offered us tonight. The area that I was in was quite far from the main road and we had a bit of a long walk before we could find a regular taxi.
