MASK-air is a simple diary for tracking allergy-related symptoms over time. In under two minutes a day, you can record how you feel and build a clear overview of your own symptom history. What you can do with MASK-air: Track symptoms daily: record symptom levels and how they affect your quality of life Log context: note medications taken and personal notes (e.g., environment, routines) See your history: review trends over time with clear summaries and visualisations Keep your records: export or share summaries for your own records or to share with others Why people use symptom tracking Regular tracking can help you understand what your symptoms look like over time and make it easier to describe your experience. Research project MASK-air is part of an international research initiative that aims to better understand allergic rhinitis. Participation in research is optional, and data are only used for research purposes if you explicitly give your consent. Privacy No directly identifying data are required to use the app. If you choose to enable geolocation, this information is pseudonymised/coded. Data are stored on secure servers in Europe.
