Die Alte Rasschänke wurde im Jahre 1884 von Herrn Seppeler an Herrn C.A. Engel (Carl Andreas) verkauft. Der Name Haus C.A. Engel steht auch noch auf der Tafel an dem Gebäude. Es ist unter dem Namen Engel wie auch unter dem Namen des Schwiegersohns Willeke bekannt. Nach dem Tod des Heinz Willeke übernahm der Sohn Carl Hermann die Geschäfte. Im Jahre 1995 kauften Hubert Schulte und Johannes Schamoni die Gaststätte von Carl Hermann Willeke. 2014 übernahm Michael Kröning den Anteil von Johannes Schamoni.
