Use SmartDay to organize tasks from multiple projects into the combined smart list. Apply different filter and sort pre-sets, to instantly prioritize efficiently. SmartDay then automatically schedules those tasks directly into an integrated calendar, placing them in-between your appointments and other events. Scheduled tasks move adaptively so if you get side-tracked with something else, SmartDay automatically reschedules them for you but in the same order, always showing how much can be accomplished by the end of the day. On AM-PM, todays agenda items are displayed, in order, in a color-coded list view. Tasks can be marked done on AM-PM and new tasks, notes and agenda items can be added on the fly and syncd up to SmartDay for auto scheduling, either today or in the future. AM-PM does not sync with your iPhones Calendar or with Reminders. It syncs with our free web-based organizer, SmartDay. AM-PM only shows you what you need to see for today. If you create a new Event or Task for another day, you will not see it. But you can see it on SmartDay. AM-PM not support multiple Time Zones. Make sure your iPhone is set to the same time zone as your computer browser running mySmartDay. Each time you add a new agenda item, be sure to sync it back to mySmartDay. If you do not sync back with SmartDay before closing the app, your new items will not be saved. If you dont see tasks or events after syncing, check to make sure its not evening or outside of your SmartDay working hours!
