What kind of workout app cuts off your music. I didnt even try to use it bc of this.

I was a little hesitant to use this, mainly because when I tried other apps I realized it wasnt working well. So far, this app is working really well. I was looking for an workouts, because me and my brother were having a competition to see who could get and first. Lets just say that I was rocking my little 4-pack, until I stopped doing this after a while... Other than that, this app works great. Results started to show for me after a few days, I dont really remember. I didnt get abs right away, but I was loosing belly fat. But what I do know is that by the end of week 1 my stomach was flat. And my you could feel my abdominal muscles, and sometimes see them if I wasnt bloated. Im pretty sure I got my results faster than the rest because, I did it everyday at 6:30pm. 4 hours before I usually eat dinner. Btw, eating healthy will really help you out.

Mache die Bewertung nur schlecht damit die Programmierer aufmerksam werden. Die App ist super, allerdings stürzt sie seit dem letzten Update sofort nach dem öffnen ab

I was using this religiously for a month (no rest days) & no progress made. My life consists of being active & eating right. Also I do not weigh much, need I say more?
