Use as a visualization reference thats always with you, or as a handy visual aid when discussing Yoga with friends, students, and classmates. This first volume of Anatomy of Yoga presents three separate poses: Bound Angle (Baddha Konasana), Firefly (Tittibhasana), and Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana). Each beautifully-rendered pose can be rotated through 360-degrees to reveal an anatomically-correct depiction of the muscles and tendons used.
