This is a simple, one-page, universal drug infusion calculator. Enter the drug, dilution and rate per minute, and the app will give you the appropriate running rate in ccs per hour. This is the simplest universal infusion calculator you will find. It will works for all drugs, concentrations and drips, including propofol, remifentanil, and vasoactive drugs. Dosage can be expressed as: mg/kg/min mcg/kg/min ng/kg/min

Klein aber erweiterungsfähig

Falls man im Kopfrechnen auch nachts um 2:00 Uhr nicht mehr so ganz fähig ist, hilft der Rechner. Allerdings fehlen so Einheiten wie mg/kg/h, wäre aber z.B. Für Propofol schön. Man sollte ihn sich vorher angeschaut haben. Insgesamt finde ich den Rechner aber zu teuer.

At 50 kg it the wheel starts to jump in 5 kg increments which is not portrayed on the app advertisement. So this isnt accurate for a 83 kg patient. This is why I bought the 1.99$ app for accurate calculation quickly and it fails to do that.

This is one of those essential apps in critical care. Sometimes you need to calculate a rate and you dont have an available intelligent pump. Maybe you just want to put in a rate without the elaborate setup. This app is so easy to use. It is fast and amazingly versatile. This has got to be the best one out there and you cant beat the price.
