Angel Gemstone Oracle Cards at Mac App Store analyse

While the cards are beautiful and informative, the word Tarot in the deck would imply, at least to me, that one would be able to shuffle the cards to see what the divine has to say based on your chosen card(s). I didnt realize all I could do was read about the gemstones.

I love this shop and these cards so I was super excited about the app. I thought you would be able to treat these more like a reading and flip through the deck until you picked one for the message. If you could update the app to do that, it would be amazing! Also, not sure if it is me, but the meditation part doesnt play.

A waste of money! I am not sure why these are called oracle cards if you are not allowed to draw a card. They shouldnt be selling these on the App Store if they are going to falsely advertise these as oracle cards. This app needs to be updated as well. This is my first time leaving a negative review on an app & hate to do so but they need to either pull it or update it to function as advertised (oracle cards).

An beautifully deigned product. Easy to read and understand. The ability to find a gemstone either by name or by simply shaking for a random choice make divination with these cards easy to do. I can never remember the meaning gemstones hold. I am always looking up meanings so I know what stones to carry. Now its easy with this app! Thanks! I love the "shake" for random card. Its great for daily inspiration. Also I can tweet the stone, or email the information to a friend… thats cool. I really never got into daily affirmations, but this app makes it easy. Must have for anyone carrying gemstones.

Lots of fun and a great value. I always wanted to have an easy way to identify gemstones and their metaphysical properties and this is it. You get daily affirmations and the meditation is very relaxing.

As the only gemstone oracle available at the time I searched for an app, this one, thankfully, is actually is a pretty good one and I am pleased. The photos are nice, ease of use is very straightforward. There is a list of gemstones with subtitles to summarize what the major energies of each stone are, according to the authors. If you shake your device it will draw a random card. Double-tap a card and it will turn over to give you the "angel reading". In the menu selections there is a meditation you can listen to. A couple of things about this deck I think could use some improvement... there are no spreads. Unless you use a three card spread of your own and apply it to the deck, youre on your own. Next, the actual oracle reading on the gemstone side of a card is lacking consistency in focus energy. Some only target emotional, some only mental and some spiritual only. Some mix one or two of the former, but you never know what you are going to get and it makes for a slightly less than well rounded reading. Crystals deal with physical, spiritual and emotional energies and I wish that each layer would have been used in the descriptives. Overall I like it. Just a few minor things that could stand to be tweaked a bit and it would be totally perfect.
