Literally after 2 &1/2 seconds of logging in for the first time the system asked me to review the app. I really dont know if its a good or bad app if Ive only used it for 2 & 1/2 seconds. Except I find this annoying since havent had a chance to use it yet, so only star.. Maybe you can have your IT guy reprogram the code/algorithms to give someone a chance to use it for a while and then asked them how they liked it?
Stop asking for a review
The app is constantly asking for a review which is very annoying. After every search you get a prompt asking for a review.

Like everybody else said, why spam people immediately for a survey? Correct me if Im wrong but what good is an app if you cant pay your bill through it ?

Unreliable, buggy
Literally cannot use the "find a doctor" tool at all - not on their website and not on the app. It asks for a location, Ive tried entering my zip and city, and I can tell a drop down tries to appear but then goes away... So I cant select anything, and when I click submit the site tells me it cant find my location. It gives me no other possible way to search for a doctor. Surprising how buggy this app is for a company this size!
Latest version is a big step back
Prior version was very easy to use. New version is hard to use and hides information.
Uses my fingerprint for password
Thank u for adding this feature to the app. So easy to use. I never remember my passwords. Love it at Amazon shopping. I wish my bank app would do this.
