Description
SiAnZhiYun encryption software supports unified encryption and decryption across multiple platforms, and allows encrypted browsing of various formats such as office documents, PDFs, images, videos, CAD, SolidWorks, and more.
Main functions:
1. Encryption: Without altering the file format, encrypted files cannot be opened by anyone except the owner, ensuring secure storage in cloud drives or exporting for backup;
2. Encrypted reading: Files can be directly read without decryption;
3. Encrypted intimate circle: Files encrypted within the intimate circle can only be read by friends within the intimate circle, and cannot be decrypted or copied;
4. Shared encryption: Anyone can browse files with shared encryption without joining the close friend circle.
5. Photo encryption: After taking a photo, it will be automatically encrypted and saved to the secure folder.
Operation steps for encrypted file sharing
[1] Both close friends download the app
[2] Invite friends to join the close friend circle (by directly inviting them through their phone numbers), and they can also enter the close friend ID to join the circle
[3] To join the close friend circle, administrator approval is required
[4] After successfully entering the close friend circle, encrypt the file and share it with the other party, who can only read it without decryption permission
[5] After removing a close friend, all encrypted files received by the other party will become invalid and cannot be opened
