（1）手机客户端快速注册（第一时间收录患者）
（2）CRIP数据实时同步（与中国风湿病信息共享平台完全同步对接，实现各种疾病的在线诊断确认）
（3）生物样本快速留存（门诊医生第一时间记录样本留存信息，解决样本管理员样本积压的问题）
说明：本App收集用户的地理信息用于智能匹配医生的出诊地点，不会用作他用。
