一、 简介
所谓“转转麻将”就是一桌麻将，很多人轮流打（至少四人以上，一般七八人，多则十余人），谁和了牌就下位，其他的人上，“转转麻将”不能吃牌，不做大“方子”。何谓一根筋？就是有四张一样的牌，有两个四张一样的牌就是两根筋。");
二、 打牌规则
转转地方麻将具有以下特点：
1．全108张牌，包括1-9筒、1-9索、1-9万各4张，不带东、南、西、北风和中、白、发。
2．不可以吃牌、可以乱将。点炮自摸、不区分大小胡。
3．坐庄：胡牌玩家成为庄家。
4．放炮：一倍基础分。
5．自摸：收未胡者每人2倍基础分。
6．筋：即杠牌。直杠立即收取放杠者1倍基础分；面下杠立即收取其他玩家1倍基础分；暗杠立即收取其他玩家2倍基础分。胡牌时如果玩家手上有筋，则每根筋多收取1倍基础分。
