Enel X is the world’s leading provider of demand response applications and services. The Enel X Korea mobile app allows customers who participate in demand response programs in Korea to receive event and payment notifications, manage demand response event performance, monitor energy use trends, and track past performance and payments.
Key features of the app include:
• Demand Response Dispatch Management: App users get an at-a-glance view of dispatches occurring throughout their portfolio of facilities. No matter if they’re managing a single site or a dozen spread across the globe, the Enel X KR app summarizes performance so that energy managers can focus their efforts on where they matter most.
• Mobile-Optimized Energy Profiling: The Enel X KR app offers site-by-site energy data, including key measurements of maximum, minimum, average and current kilowatt demand. Data refreshes automatically so that customers can be sure they are looking at up-to-the-minute information.
• Push notification: The app allows users to set preferences for receipt of notifications for event dispatches and payment finalization.
• Final payment tracking: Users can select and view the final payments for all of their facilities across program years.
• Dispatch performance summaries: Following events users can review and track performance for each resource across their facilities.
• Secure Sign-In: Following initial setup, Enel X customers who are registered contacts can use their listed device to access the application. This ensures that their data is protected and secure.
