Description
医账通是南京市民卡公司及南京卫生信息中心联合推出的医疗项目官方应用。用户可以通过市民卡A卡、医疗就诊卡注册成为会员，开通医疗一账通账户，通过银行卡或智汇账户随时向医疗一账通账户转入资金，线下持卡进行医疗就诊消费。
说明：
1、南京市民卡、居民健康卡、医疗就诊卡的实名注册登录；
2、医疗一账通账户充值，通过智汇账户、银行卡向医疗一账通账户充值；
3、医疗一账通账户赎回，医疗账户资金可以赎回至本人智汇账户内；
4、医疗一账通账户间资金可以互转；
5、医疗一账通余额、交易明细查询；
6、医疗一账通支持的医院网点查询；
