对讲功能主要包括：
1） 识别门禁的PSTN电话，弹出提示框提示用户进行接听；
2） 监听门口机的来电呼叫，跟门口机进行音视频通话；
3） 通过指令驱动门口机开门；
4） 呼叫历史记录管理；
5） 处理门禁相关配置和业务流程，管理功能将由社区APP负责；
