25h is a clock with a difference: it shows you time as if there were 25 hours in a day. By making each "hour" a little shorter 25h manages to squeeze an extra "hour" in your day.
25h does not mess with your biological clock, as its 25 "hours" end at the same time as normal day ends. It simply tricks you into thinking your day has 25 hours, which can help you be more productive and get things done quicker.
