ClipCM※という４コマＣＭがつくれるアプリケーションを使って、 世にもめずらしい「おちょこレシピ」をそれぞれ15秒の動画でご紹介します。
レシピ制作・フードコーディネートは、料理家の渡辺有子が担当しました。
●iPhoneを「シェイク」して、合計21個のレシピの中からランダムに３品をチョイスできます。
●コース（冷菜、温菜、デザート）、味（さっぱり、こってり、あまい）、
調理時間、カロリー別に、レシピを整理して閲覧することもできます。
ひとつつくれば、きっともっとつくりたくなる！
季節や気分にあわせて、ぜひいろいろなおちょこ料理を楽しんでみてください。

*OCHOKO is a Japanese sake cup
Fun to see! Good to eat! Easy to cook! Here is a little OCHOKOs ready on the table. Something to go with beer or wine, or as a midnight snack, as some surprise cooking for your guests, etc.
We will introduce OCHOKO recipe by using the application which makes a 15 seconds movie called ClipCM.
All recipes are created by a food coordinator Yuko Watanabe.
When you shake your iPhone, you can choose 3 out of 21 dishes. You can look up the recipes from its cooking time, calories, course (cold appetizer, warm appetizer, and dessert), or tastes (light, heavy, sweet).
When you try cooking one dish from this recipe, I am sure you will want to cook more!
