本app以三種表達形式，講述有關天氣的知識。
「看漫畫學天氣」：以漫畫故事的形式，講解天氣知識，生動有趣。
「看相片學天氣」：用真實相片來說明天氣成因，當中包括「蔚藍的天空」、「積雲」及「霞光」。
「看短片學天氣」：收錄了一段颱風吹襲香港的實時拍攝短片，並加上文字闡述，讓你更清晰地看見風起雲
湧的變化。
「經濟日報出版社」旗下品牌「WHY出版」出版。
