天翼客运通是中国电信广东公司为用户提供的手机购汽车票应用，目前可预售6日内广州、深圳、东莞等地市超过140家车站始发的省内外汽车票。主要功能：
1、可查询实时客运信息、汽车票价、汽车班次、余票数量等汽车票信息；
2、汽车票价与车站相同，不加收任何手续费；
3、可通过翼支付、支付宝、银行卡等方式在手机上支付票款；
4、购票成功后取票凭证将以短信方式发送至取票人手机上;
5、可在天翼客运通的“我的车票”中查看本次购票详情和历史订单；
6、取票时需提前前往始发站，可通过自助取票机凭二代身份证自助打印车票，也可于车站人工窗口凭身份证和取票信息中的取票号换取纸质汽车票。
