本游戏采用红中皮子杠口口番规则，64点起胡，600封顶，金顶800，哈顶1000，三阳开泰1500。在标注了不封顶的房间，胡牌没有封顶上限。固定杠牌：4个红中和7个皮子共11张胡牌条件：必须开口才能胡牌（吃、碰、明杠）手上没有固定杠牌达到胡牌最低点数要求（64点）屁胡牌型手中赖子个数（打出或杠出的赖子不算）最多保持1个（杠开、抢杠、海底捞月不算）详细规则：麻将牌：筒、条、万、风，共136张牌。赖子：每次起牌完毕后，会翻开一张牌，此牌顺位+1的牌为赖子，赖子皮点数为9的牌，赖子为该花色的点数为1的牌；若赖子皮为北风、红中、发财、赖子均为白板。赖子为万能牌，可代替任意一张牌和手中的牌进行组合，但不可与其他牌组合进行吃、碰、杠操作。此外，赖子可独立作为杠牌，也可打出。胡牌时若有赖子，按赖子所能配成的最大牌型进行计算。固定杠牌：红中和发财为固定杠牌，单张可杠，也可打出，但不可与其他牌进行组合。胡牌时手中不能含有固定杠牌。黄庄：海底捞后还没有人胡牌，称为黄庄。
