The app enables over 2 million customers and end-users a direct connection to the service center of the national recycling corporation K.M.M Ltd.
The center receives inquiries concerning the company services and recycling related issues:

•Complaints about the service quality
•Service application for a new region
These requests are reported in real time by filling out the application form and adding an illustrative photo from the field; the app detects the location of the mobile device, while sending the picture.
