澳門社會工作局轄下「志毅軒」為一所專為受賭博問題困擾之人士及其家人提供輔導服務的中心。「志毅軒」由2005年11月7日開始運作，現服務範圍包括：
熱線輔導及諮詢：由專業社工接聽，提供有關問題賭博的資訊以及轉介等服務。
個案輔導：由專業社工為個人及其家人提供面談輔導服務，協助戒賭人士處理其賭博的行為及其所產生的情緒，從而建立正面的生活。
財務輔導及健康理財：為個人或家庭因賭博而衍生的財務問題提供財務咨詢；在社區內推行健康理財的訊息。
社區預防教育：針對不同對象舉行不同形式的講座，對象包括青少年、成人、賭徒家人；另有以健康理財為主題的講座。
