提供给其它旅游者的方便，能知道景点和商店 的位置，容易找到
操作：
1.添加 要采集 的目标，可以选 设施分类，选择触发播报的半径，(人站在原地不动，手左右小幅度的来回晃动，等到采集完毕后，点击上传 )
2.可以查看得到，以成功上传采集目标的地点，以方便修改和编辑，删除。
3.可以查看，和效对采集位置是否准确。
