1. 掃描追溯條碼：掃描 QR-Code 查詢生產者相關資訊。
2. 客服問答：提供消費大眾查詢客服問答相關資訊。
3. 我要檢舉：提供填寫檢舉資料用。
管理人員登入
1. 實地查核：提供查核人員以智慧型手機等設備，查詢及填寫實地查核紀錄。
2. 市售查核：提供查核人員執行查詢及填寫市售查核紀錄。
3. 今日查核：提供查核人員查詢、修改、刪除當日查核紀錄。
《什麼是生產追溯？》
就是生產者將其生產的農產品資訊（包括生產者、產地及產品資料等）登錄到「溯源農糧產品追溯系統」(網址:http://qrc.afa.gov.tw)，讓消費者於購買臺灣農產品時，可以透過智慧型手機等行動裝置掃描其包裝資材上的二維條碼，或是將二維條碼下方的追溯編號輸入本系統查詢，以強化生產者之產品安全責任，並促進在地生產在地消費，增進生產者與消費者彼此間的信任感，以區隔國產及進口農產品。
