健康妙管家是依循全人健康的概念，與健康妙管家網路平台共同整合民眾所需的一套應用程式(APP)。
為增進民眾使用便利性及結合雲端科技趨勢，除發展系統平台服務外並同時推展行動載具服務，透過行動裝置應用程式APP，使用者可結合生活及行動載具的服務，透過行動裝置APP紀錄個人健康生活(飲食、運動)及生理量測指數(身高、體重、血壓、體溫等)，並運用行動裝置之定位服務對應不同的地理位置可選擇周邊的服務機構，及結合互動式模組設計，針對使用者不同需求提供｢健康食譜｣、｢戒菸自我量測｣、｢孕婦健康手冊｣、｢兒童健康手冊｣服務，未來亦可透過民眾端不同的需求進行功能的擴充建構設計，及搭建照顧者與被照顧者服務功能，為更貼近民眾的使用需求。
