银行卡(包括借记卡和信用卡)的卡号是由卡标识码(BIN),卡的类别号,发卡机构标识码,顺序号,校验位;卡凭证号,构成的。因此是唯一的。因此不同银行的卡号是肯定不一样的。 BIN 是发卡行识别码(Bank Identification Number,缩写为BIN),由国际标准化组织(ISO)分配给各从事跨行转接交换的银行卡组织。在全球银行卡领域,大多数银行卡公司或组织都拥有自己知识产权的银行卡品牌,如中国银联卡(卡号以62开头)、美国VISA卡(卡号以4开头)、日本JCB卡(卡号以35开头)。 本工具目前支持国内所有卡Bin的查询,部分国外银行卡也支持。
