I really like this app. I have really been looking forward to using my iPad as a virtual magazine reader, and this app delivers. The layout is just like CS magazine, but its even more beautiful on the iPad. It also features a virtual table of contents, it has hyperlinks in a few places where it makes sense, and it has a zoom feature. It also allows one to download back issues from within the app, so I dont have to worry about missing an issue. Im really glad they exercised restraint with the multimedia features. Im really glad they didnt try to make the magazine into a web page or some multimedia extravaganza. I dont want added distractions unless they clearly add value. There are a couple areas that could use some improvement, however. When one turns the page, the new page is blurry for a second, which bothers my eyes. I wish they could somehow pre-load the next page, so it appears instantly when I turn the page. I also wish that it would support pinch-to-zoom, and that double-tapping would zoom in so a column of text expands to fill the screen similar to how Safari does it. If they can add these two features, Ill surely want to come back and give the app 5 stars. Thanks!

Im trying to make my life as digital as possible to conserve paper and make less waste. The CS p is great for this reason. I love seeing the entire mag on the iPad. I do agree, it would be nice if the pinch zoom worked bc sometimes I need to see pics closer up. But overall I will keep reading CS in this format over the physical mag.

One of the most unstable apps out there. The magazine is wonderful, however the app either fails to load or crashes when turning a page. Very disappointed.
