The app automatically escalates and additional responders are alerted.
How does alerting work?
Activate the right protocol with one tap. Add photos, voice messages, and additional information to inform other emergency responders. Get an immediate overview of who has accepted the alert and communicate via the push-to-talk, chat, or video conference function. Complete the event, add information, and find all reports in your Findwhere EMS dashboard. This way, you're always compliant and prepared.
Privacy always guaranteed
The EMS app works with geofencing. This allows you to see exactly which emergency responders are on location and available for dispatch. Does a user leave the zone? The app automatically becomes inactive. This keeps alerting reliable whilst guaranteeing user privacy. Findwhere is ISO 27001 certified.
