Our training standards are higher than industry norms, and tailored to our customers needs to best equip personnel for specific assignments. Typical basic training includes: security-related procedures, fire-fighting, health and safety procedures, and first aid.

KB Special Eye Holdings clients are involved in the selection of security officers to ensure that they will achieve optimum levels of efficiency and productivity. All applicants undergo integrity assessments. We recruit personnel with due cognisance of sensitivities within communities. The right person for the right position is non-negotiable.
Our employees are sourced from the local community and they are provide with sponsored training through SEESA
As a company KB is actively involved in the community. Our involvement ranges from Sponsoring various sports event to helping out with the underprivileged. We provide "Helpende Hand" with a free alarm system and monitoring
We firmly believe that our employees are our grates asset and we support them to the best of our abilities
We have been providing PSIRA training since 2004 at our own training center. Training is provided by a Qualified facilitator, moderator and assessor.
