The RMV-App: your perfect travel companion - tickets, schedules and current information Easy purchase of tickets: Buy single-trip or daily tickets for adults and children as well as group tickets and the Hessenticket conveniently, quickly and cashless with your iPhone! Current connection information: The RMV-App offers you a fast door-to-door connection information including prognosis data and current traffic information. Your favorites: Save your most important connections to have quick and easy access to tickets and timetable information. Additional functions: - Direct purchase of tickets from the timetable information - Travelers with a valid BahnCard 25 or 50 can use these to buy single-trip tickets at reduced price for supported connections (choose the relevant setting at: Connections & Ticket > Settings > Traveler). - Search connections starting at your current position or choose from a map of the surrounding area. - Show all vehicles and places of RMV mobility partners in your area on a map. - RMV and local network maps are ready for download.

App läuft einwandfrei, ich nutzte sie ausschließlich zum Fahrkarten kaufen. Perfekt wäre jetzt noch Support für Wallet!!!

Hoffe auf Verbesserung

Folgende Punkte bitte ich zu verbessern: Fahrplan: Wenn ich eine Verbringung ab jetzt suche sollte mir die App keine Verbindung anzeigen bei der der Bus oder die Bahn schon seid einer halben Stunde unterwegs ist. Ticketkauf: Auch wenn das Passwort und die Pin richtig eingegeben werden erkennt die App dies nicht an.erst nach einem Neustart und Passwort und Pin zurück setzen können Tickets gekauft werden. Beide Mängel bestehen schon seit langem und hindern mich die App zu benutzen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie bald eine verbesserte Version zur Verfügung stellen.

Praktisch, aber buggy

Sehr praktisch! hier und da habe ich den eindruck, dass es noch nicht ganz rund läuft. Z.b. gebe ich ein 11-stelliges passworz an und bekomme die meldung "zu kurz".

Ich nutze nur relativ selten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und kenne daher die Netze nicht so gut. Hier kein Problem: Start und Ziel eingeben und alles funktioniert. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich, alles intuitiv und leicht bedienbar! Nur ein kleiner Bug: die Auswahl "Anzahl der Umstiege" hat nicht funktioniert...kann aber sicher schnell behoben werden

WER macht SOWAS?? Wollte eigentlich gerade rmv fahren. Gut dass ich das auto habe. Läuft wie der öffentliche nahverkehr. Gar nicht.

Handyticketfunktion schrott

Die Fahrplanauskunft funktioniert, ist aber auch nichts besonderes. Die Handyticketfunktion ist so leider unbrauchbar. Hat man seine PIN vergessen, dauert das zusenden der neuen mal eben knapp 1.5 Stunden. Spontan Fahrkarte kaufen und losfahren klappt dann sicher nicht...

Wallet Integration fehlt

Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und funktioniert meist fehlerfrei! Auch die Anzeige und Benachrichtigung bei Änderungen/Verspätungen klappt problemlos. Mit einer Wallet-Integration für gekaufte Tickets wäre die App perfekt!
