We have applied techniques used by professionals that actually work , it is very easy, you just use the application as we explain .
- Makes your wish list or objectives.
- Receive every 30 minutes ( Expandable to 45 or 60 ) a notice that you perform the exercise ( exercise more soon ) .
- When you open the application you wish to appear , hold it down the screen until the text disappears. Repeat for every desire. ( We recommend repeating this at least 4 times a day ) .
Note: If you receive a notice to exercise and you do not, the application will not bother you with more notifications until you do .
