Description
NCTech’s AR Mesh Viewer is a demo application that allows you to view the Scottish Kelpies in 3D augmented reality. The app works by scanning an image target to trigger the AR experience - print out your own image target from your device using the app.
Point your device’s camera at the image target to view the Kelpies in 3D.
The Kelpies, located in Falkirk, are 30 metre high sculptures of horse heads which were designed by the sculptor Andy Scott. This app displays a mesh of the sculptures which was converted from a scan by NCTech’s LASiris VR.
