Not sure if it is a spa issue or tub issue but as I sit on holidays and want to check my tub temp at -20 my app will not connect to the tub. This has happened in the past already but us starting to get old. I’ve had my tub for approx 2 months and can not get more than 2 weeks with it working fine it seems.

The app is a pain. I log into the spa online instead. There are more settings, including a setting to adjust the time and date, which was why my spa was filtering during the day. I corrected the time and date and now my spa runs as expected.

I’ve sent numerous requests for arctic spa to trash there app. It’s the most useless piece of crap ever encountered. We live in a world of app based programs not that difficult - but they never respond or fix it . 2 years and going!! Junk- utter junk!
