Description
Track and Trace is an app that provides visibility on your Ashley shipment status where you can view a trip’s milestones and the shipments current location.
As a customer or a member of the Ashley Furniture team, the Track and Trace app gives you the ability to view a trip’s delivery status. You can search for a trip from one of the default trip status categories, by selecting a specific date or by simply typing in the trip number if known.
The trip details page displays the most recent location with a map view and allows you to see which customer orders are being delivered.
