Since old times plants have always been helping us, and the Flowers that Dr Edward Bach identified as particularly useful to us are here, to be our counsellors, in these cards.
You can simply ask: what I am to meditate about, today? otherwise, you can ask a definite question, take a couple of breaths, and... start the application. According to the law of sincronicity, the resulting flower shall be just the one you need now...
