In a difficult situation, refer to the Eastern tradition - read randomly selected ayah (revelation) of the Holy Quran. Consider it not as fortune telling, but requesting advice from the Allah(Exalted is He). Ask Quran app will allow you to apply this practice. Open Holy Quran then turn pages forward or backward. An inner voice will tell you when to stop. Tap in a random location of the opened pages and read the ayah. You can also read whole surah if you want.
