I had same issues where app was working and then it just stopped being able to find find the router. Extremely frustrating. I then realized that I was on my Guest network since I have our Apple TV and iPads on the guest networks so others can mirror or kids play Minecraft with their friends. I switched iPad WiFi to my home network (not guest) that has a different password and the app found my ASUS router and everything worked as it was supposed to.

Keep getting connection failed. Resetting the router fixes it for a few days. Then connection failed again!

after asus firmware update that installs AIMesh, the apps no longer displays realtime network traffic. Plus, the firmware update is always recommending a firmware update, even after updating.

ASUS App stoppped connecting to router Disappointing. I can understand why some people are asking why several of us are so critical, but there are several of us so it is not an anomaly... the app doesn't work for some. it used to work, just doesn't connect now... no apparent reason. iOS11 and Windows 7 64 bit, latest updates on both.

hi all, I have 2 Asus routers and use both Andriod and IOS Phones. had the issue connecting to the routers via the router app. just clear the phone cache and it should work.

I had the same issue were the App wouldn't find my RT-N66U and at the same time also had an issue with the router dropping connection and requiring a reboot... rolled back to firmware 3.0.0.4.380_7266 and now both are working great!! give it a go!!

The app no longer works. App won't find router. Connected to wifi and can get to the router page via direct access. App was not reliable before, now it doesn't work at all!
