The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery is a test using multiple choice questions to determine if you qualify for enlistment in the United States armed forces and help you determine what career choices within the military might be best suited to your skills.
It is administered by the United States Military Entrance Processing Command and is first offered to students in the 10th grade. Students in the 11th and 12th grades are also eligible to take the exam as well as anyone who is eligible for enlistment.
The test is comprised of 9 categories:
