Description
Most organizations have meeting rooms for external and internal meetings. A frequent challenge is how to find out if a room is available or not, or finding out who has booked a certain room when you are outside.
With our app for booking rooms you get a whole new set of facilities to handle things quick and easy. The app is synced with Exchange/Domino and you can find a range of usable functions that will save time, directly in the app. Booking a room has never been so easy!
You can:
• View all company rooms open for booking and see the next available time.
• Create a list of favorites to see quickly if the room is available.
• Get information about who has booked a certain room if it is taken.
• Book a room directly in the app.
Available for Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, Exchange Online and IBM Domino 9.x.
The app is free for downloading but you need a license to run it (please, contact us at www.atea.se/apps)
