App wont open, closes immediately any time I try to use it.
Scary bad
Tried to verify "my" identity by asking stuff about relatives as if should have been about me. I hope they are better at protecting patients privacy.

If theyre going to flood my inbox with emails promoting their products, and send out advertisements for things they want me to download, I just wish theyd at least wait until they have a working product up and running. That way, when I attempt to comply (in order to avoid the continuous onslaught of such emails which will certainly follow), I wont have just wasted my time and received error after error message without even so much as completing the signup process. Not off to a very good start. Maybe the folks at Athena should be focusing on doing something their customers actually want, like rolling back the Epocrates app to restore its former, functional state.

I absolutely agree with the other reviewers about them bombarding our emails with "AthenaText" crap, join now! Well after two weeks of error messages when trying to setup the app, Ive decided to delete it for good. Athena has been nothing awful including the changes they made to Epocrates. Avoid it!
Great Idea + Poor execution = 0 stars
Well, im downloading it AGAIN for the 3rd time. Works great for about a day and then it crashes. Repeatedly. Nothing more frustrating than having what should be a great app that would make my daily life so much easier just....not work. Sad really. CoTap works guys, just go download CoTap, its HIPPA friendly....wonder if we could get them to interface with Athena...

I have to call them during their business hours to straighten out that someone else took my npi ? No thanks. If they want people to use this app make it more convenient to resolve your glitches.
