Description
Some atypical antipsychotics are nowadays approved by regulatory authorities to be used in more than psychosis situations, like schizophrenia. They are often used in conditions like bipolar disorder and major depressive disorder, for example, depending on the daily dosage.
The Atypical MoA application with help you, through an simplified explanatory model of its mechanism of action, clearly understand how an atypical antipsychotic can have different properties (like antidepressant and antipsychotic effects) by using the same molecule but with different dosages. May prove useful for academic purposes.
