Aura is a cloud based system that allows you to reach out, engage, and communicate the moods, views and opinions of people.
Aura can be used for staff surveys, performance, customer satisfaction, feedback following training, conference events or any other subject where you want to continuously track views and opinions.
This secure tool allows you to set a series of questions in minutes that communities you select can respond to using both their mobile device and/or computer. The results of the responses are available for immediate analysis. The key feature of Aura is that you can set the questions to be sent to the same users over a time period to establish a trend. Through user centered design, this experience is only ever a positive engagement.
