Your app is great, parts are great. Ive never had a problem until the past few weeks. Your customer service reps leave something to be desired. I was on the phone for half an hour with a lady that could barely speak english. Then I went to your live chat for help and spent longer than that just going in circles, getting back to point A of why I was even there. I was missing a piece that is supposed to be INCLUDED IN THE KIT. Says so right in the assembly instructions. Well, its not there, and because of the run around, nothing got accomplished, aside from me leaving more angry and frustrated than before.

The app is great but it needs a major update to fix the bugs, app froze in the middle of placing order, order never went but was billed took me several days to get the transaction fixed.

This company is not set up for mobile purchasing. I went on their website on my mobile device and it did not work. So I tried downloading the app still no success. I was able to find the wheels I wanted on my PC.
